Hazard ratios are from the full-adjusted CKB Cox models and are relative to C2, the typical-sleep / minimal-symptom class. They describe cohort associations, not an individual diagnosis or probability.

Model note

A phenotype readout, not a clinical score.

The five classes were learned in CKB with a categorical latent class model. This page reproduces the published measurement probabilities in the local 4-sleep workspace, then reports Figure 4 associations for the most probable class.
